    The printer does a good job. My only complaint is that it was way too complicated for this old man to set up. I had to wait for my son to visit me from New York so he could do it. How I yearn for the days when you could just bring home an electronic device, plug it in, and it would work!!!

    I replaced an older All-in-One unit with this one and have found it to be as serviceable as my previous one and its performance is as good or better than that one was. It has two sided printing which I really like but would like to have two sided scanning on it as well but overall, I am very satisfied with this product.

    Instructions are a little sketchy. You are on your own . Best Buy Geeks can help but why do you need to physically take it in to them to get fixed. HP should be sharper than this

    little confusing menu, couldn't get it to connect with laptop. Yes the wifi was on and connect3d to both. son in law came over, he is IT wizrad,he figured itout. Wifi orinutn is cooll but I can;t fiugr out to makeitscan documents....I'll have try chat, or tyr to get phone number.

    So far so good! I love my new printer. I would love it even more if it had the same options as previous printer for form printer app on the printer. But i can still print the form i need from the application on phone, just would like to easily print it from touchscreen on printer. Other than that no complaints since fairly new.

    I had high hopes for this printer, but it's been nothing but trouble. Setup was confusing, and the printer constantly disconnects from Wi-Fi. Printing errors and paper jams happen far too often, and the Instant Ink service is more of a hassle than a benefit—it ran out when I needed it most. The print quality is decent when it actually works, but overall the experience has been unreliable and frustrating. For the price, I expected much better. I do not recommend this model.
