This printer has been great and very reliable! I've been using it several months and it prints well, quickly, and the app/computer process to send documents is super easy.

I LOATHE this printer. I continually get a message “printer out of paper”, when it really isn’t. Then, after owning it for five months, I was completely unable to print because the print cartridge would not communicate with my computer. After an hour with tech support, they agreed to send me a new cartridge. The second cartridge gave the same error. After ONE AND a HALF HOURS with tech support, he said he would send me another cartridge. This didn't make sense to me - how could I have two cartridges (well, 3 actually) in a row that didn’t work. Of course, it didn't work. Made another call. They finally agreed to replace the printer because it was still in warranty. Setting up the replacement (refurbished) printer required yet one more call to tech support. Another hour of my life. STILL receiving errors of “printer out of paper.” Printing only works after I open and close the paper tray. My printer is about 15 feet away from my computer. Finally, you can’t scan from the computer itself, even though it has a scan button on the control panel, the only way to scan is from the HP app.

Easy to set up & quality print outs upon install..

I had done my research before I went to Best Buy. The young lady that helped me answered all my questions, helped me check on the ink prices that this printer requires, as well as discussed the various pros-and-cons of value when I narrowed my decision to between two models. I am very pleased with the HP-ENVY Inspire 79553 Wireless all-in-One Inkjet Photo Printer that I ultimately chose. I wanted an HP printer because they have always served me well. It was easy to set up and it works like a dream. Great service and a great product.

Easy to use. Prints photos and pictures well on glossy paper.

Gotta admit.... I always buy HP printers. This is maybe my 3rd one, never had a problem. This one is absolutely the worst one ever. I purchased to replace a very old one. It asked tons of questions to set up. Did not sync with all of my HP pc's or laptops. Always says it is out of paper...when it is not. I open and close the tray...doesn't matter. Sometimes I have to unplug it to reboot to work. It says it is READY...and then says not available or offline. I have even gone so far as to delete the app and put it back in. Same results. My college age son is begging to go with another brand. Sometimes it sees the printer and not the scanner. I have never had such a nightmare of a machine. Wish I had gone with another brand. Would not recommend this to anyone who needs a reliable printer/scanner combo.

Love my new HP printer I recently purchased. It is easy to use and offers many features. I like the wireless feature which allows me to print from anywhere. It is a good value for the price!

This printer is surprisingly light weight first of all. The set up was very very easy. I can print from my cell phone which is a plus. It’s also very efficient and quiet. Lastly it was a great value.

Best printer i ever had! I can print anything. Easy to use. I bought glossy photo paper and printed awesome pictures. When it gets low on ink i get more mailed to me.

This printer replaced a previous one that was unable to connest to computer. It was essy to install and had simple instructions.

Love this printer and evrything you can do with it. I can print from anywhere and it is ready to go in minutes. Great quality photo prints at home.

An excellent printer. Very easy to use and the quality is exceptional especially with photos. Easy to change cartridges. It doesn’t seem to be noisy, and it does have a quiet mode but it isn’t something that I care about. Wireless connectivity is also excellent.

I like the performance and ease of use in operating this copier.

Nice printer with a paper feed for printing documents. So far it is working very well. A little noisy. Set up was average. Must follow directions carefully. I had to call Geek Squad to finish my set up, but they knew exactly what to do.

I haven't bought a new printer in a while and my old one bit the dust. I compared several printers and decided on this one. It does a little more than I usually need, but I figured better too much than too little, right? The set-up was so simple and smooth (I'm not tech savvy and usually need help with this stuff). Operation is uncomplicated and it's easy to navigate the display screen. I can print from my computer or the printer itself. I've printed documents and pictures both and am very pleased with the results on each. I've not printed on legal sized paper yet, but the printer is so easy to use, I don't expect any problems. It was on sale when I bought it and I think it was well worth the price.
