Weak color copies for some reason. App worls great. Super smooth installation. Good looking printer. Went with the higher model instead.

My only issue is that it does not have any usb ports to put your memory cards in so that you can copy the pictures to the PC. The only issue I had was I had to connect the printer to my phone before I could connect it to the PC.

This printer is no comparison. Advertised as an all-in-one, it does not FAX which was very important to me. If printing from anywhere the old HP printer automatically opened the tray and extension for your printed work. With the new HP printer you must pull the tray out and lift the extension to catch printed materials they shoot everywhere on the floor. I hardly use the new printer and have not even tried to print pictures, I don't want to deal with a faulty printer.

Only complaint is with the free ink HP puts in the box. Once again the color was garbage, after I opened and installed the purchased color cartridge the printer would print in color.
