A very fine printer with a lot of features, but it is not the printer I wanted to get so it is missing some features. The sales rep told me this model had everything the model I was asking for, but it was 'ON SALE' so it was cheaper.

This printer is very easy to use. Easier to install.

Printer was Easy to set up. No issues at all so far.

I send file to printer, the printer automatically wakes up and prints. I know this seems trivial but my old printer had issues with this. Also, no issues with documents getting stuck in the queue. This is all I was asking for, so this is a huge step up from my old wireless HP multi-purpose printer (~10 years old).

I specifically asked if this model scanned to PDF and was told yes. This is needed so people can provide signatures using Adobe Acrobat. It does not scan to PDF, only images, that receivers cannot interact with.Now we are stuck with a less than functional piece of equipment.

Works great so far! Easy to set up and print to!!!

Functions well as a printer copier and scanner. The main complaint is the really cheap plastic construction. The paper holder is especially flimsy

Not ver durable. Ink cartridges hold very little and when you replace them the chances of turning off the machine is lilely as the door opening and off/on switch are together. Doesnt hold more than 50 sheets of paper at a time. Definatley not a work horse. If you only print or copy something once in a blue moon it will work for you.

Printer is fine. I downgraded to a simple printer/scanner from a scanner/fax/printer---needs changed. Find that this printer, which uses wifi is not always "connected" but after a few moments (sometimes minutes) it finds the computer and all is well.

Got this for a military event and it worked wonders for us! We were able to print everything using my iPad WiFi connection to it!!!

I am very disappointed and sorry I brought this printer. I intend to replace it with a better one ASAP. The ink ran out in less than a month, and the paper drawer is so small I needed to add paper frequently. It does not satisfy my needs.

This printer works fine apart from the color cartridges. I find if I don’t use the printer for a while, and I don’t often need to use the printer that the color cartridges go bad and I need to replace them even though there’s so much ink left I could probably avoid this by printing things. I don’t need each month, but I forgot to do that.

Nice HP printer (my 3rd one). Had to get tech support to help me put in the two printer cartridges though. Instructions were somewhat vague. I had not pushed them in until they "clicked" in place. Otherwise an easy setup.

great printer,does everything you need,love that can scan and fax.paper easy to load,cartridges easy to change no problems.Needing a multipurpose printer highly recommend.

The machine looks good and it has all the features I need but it’s taken a minute to get it up and running properly. Too soon to tell… just getting used to having it work wirelessly.

Unable to make adjustments to page printing wants to cont. print 2 sided pages Continuously claiming out paper when paper is in the tray was told by HP rep , that this would cover everything my old printer would and it does cover a fraction of what i had before !
