I love the printer. The only issue I've had is that it will fax with the HP Smart app but so far the faxes were not complete or could not connect to the fax service. Had to bring back my old ENVY printer to fax over a land line.

Great Printer! Only the install is tricky. Pass that, b/w and color half sheets full sheets It does a great job in scanner or document Feeder. You will love the ink cartridges. They last so long and cost1/3 of the competitors!

It's prints a little slower than my other HP printer. I don't care for the paper tray design.

It works fine but not as functional as my previous one It does not have fax capability

I love this printer. Works great. Never a problem with clogged nozzles. I hate the ink subscription but everything in life is a subscription now.

A few problems with set up but we were able to work it out.

For the price gets the job done all the printer’s break after so long so don’t spend up go for quantity over quality

I have this printer workhorse cousin at the office..very dependable. good color- prints newsletters and Christmas cards with ease

Loved this printer when Brian first set it up. Then after about 3 weeks later, printer began printing words vertically, NOT horizontally on paper and I could NOT print emails nor documents that were embedded within an email. I called Geek Squad for 2 days; spending more than 2 hours each day trying to talk to someone to help me fix problem. Person kept transferring me to another person over and over again. Problem not resolved.

I recently replaced my current HP printer with the Envy Inspire 7955e and I am very satisfied with the performance so far. I like the separate tray feature for printing photographs without having to remove the plain paper tray.

Like the printer but it took a long time on a call to get it connected to my network. I thought it would be easier. However, the tech stuck with me till we got it working.

I have always had a HP printer. I was a big fan of them. Especially when they came out with the HP instant ink. Then one day my older pinter became discontinued and I was unable to get instant ink for it. So I purchased the HP ENVY Inspire 7955e and thought it was pretty cool, until I was not able to print from it. Even after rebooting, printer, computer and wifi. I just would not let me print and it showed it was connected to wifi. No one from HP was able to help or at best buy. So exchanged it for a different printer at best buy. Make sure you get insurance with your purchase it was worth it to have it.

does everything I needed it for plus it's good looking! Not like those ugly black printers you try to hide from veiw.

Printer prints like it should. But I had to download HP Smart to get the scan function to work. Had to call HP for assistance. Then I find out I need a cell phone to FAX? ? My previous HP printer had all the functions included in the machine when I purchased it. Too much work to get it "fully" operational.

Works great on printing, except when you want to print pictures from your Mobil device,

This copier works very well once you get it installed and programed to your computer and WIFI. Had to end up calling and having HP get it up and running. Instructions suck.

It’s a good printer but I thought it used a toner and found out I have to buy ink all the time!

The printer works fine now that I finally have it set up. It is not nearly as sturdy or quiet as the previous HP printer I had. The build quality has certainly declined. I also had a terrible time getting help from the Geek Squad via chat and phone. And the HP chat and phone folks actually messed the printer up so back it did not work at all!

I am extremely please with my new printer, and Justin from the Geek Squad was amazingly well acquainted with how to set it up.

Nice printer that does the Job. Only problem I’m having is that the printer doesn’t recognize the ink at times.
