Stopped working after a few months. Spent over an hour on the phone with hp support, and they could not figure out what was wrong. Called Best Buy. Was told it would cost over $300 for someone to look at it and see if they could fix it. Obviously, that is more than we paid for the printer.

Could not get it my phone hooked up to it and was told by the store other people had the same problem.

This is a really good printer. My only complaint is I had to purchase ink less than 2 weeks after getting it.

Printer works great, it was a little difficult to setup at first but otherwise it’s pretty good.

I found this product to be high quality. Worth your time and money.

8 I can no longer get it to copy 8 1/2 x 11 material. I can not get it out of 5 x 7 photo mode.

Pretty good product for a home office or private printer, copier/scanner.

This printer works great with no problem the ink is easy to install as well if I had to choose another printer it would be this one

I generally am pleased with the HP-Envy Inspire printer. It is a multi-function printer and that is what I needed. The only issue that I have had to adjust to is that the ink on printed copies doesn't always dry immediately, and that has taken some getting used to. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

So far so good, does the job well. We bought it on sell so it was worth the price. Print quite slow but thats what you expect for a color lizer printer.

Very good printer. This printer does not produce the best pictures. The envy inspire 7955e comes short in this area. For the price, it does a good job.

Once figured out it is a nice printer. Thank heavens for online videos. So much help since no manual to help new users.

Good printer. I ended up going with this printer because my last HP lasted 12 years and my mom's 15 years. I was heartbroken when mine when out but I hoping this treats me as well.

One of the cartridges was dry. I took it back to the store on the recommendation of the tech and I had to buy another one they wouldn’t give me one.

I love it does more then I thought it did. I love that it tells you have to wait for the ink to dry before flipping it over.

I made the mistake of not setting this up right away. I tried to get this set up and received an error. The error told me I had to contact support. Support is only open Monday - Friday. I contacted support when they were opened and they said my WiFi printer has to be within 15 feet of my router, which I can't do. What's the point of a WiFi printer if I have to be close to the router? I had a previous HP Envy model that I was replacing that was in the same exact location as this model with no issues and now this one won't connect. Support kept telling me it had to be by the router. Unfortunately, I didn't try to set up my printer right away and I'm well past the return period. So I have a big block of useless junk. I'll buy a new printer, probably not at Best Buy as I want to have a longer return period if there are issues.

Nice printer but a bit noisy. If you are looking for a super fast printer, this is not the one. Good every day use printer.

Like the new printer. Had some issues getting it installed by geeksquad and the free ink for 6 months has been a problem that is still an issue.
