Really easy to Use wireless Like the free ink for 6 Months, Is Not like I use very much. Maybe 1 - 2 pages per week

Seems to work fine, needed just for copying and scanning; a little complicated to set up

Worst printer that I have ever purchased! Cheap piece of junk that I will be throwing away to purchase an upgrade! Document feeder does not work…sat there showing starting copies for over 30 minutes so I just canceled. Ran out of paper and the paper tray fell apart when trying to put it back in.

I've had HP computers and printers for years and was finally in need of replacing it. After reading reviews I finally decided on this one and was very hesitant on the instant ink idea. Now 3 months in to this purchase, I realize this was a BIG MISTAKE to purchase. The setup was a nightmare - and I work in IT. Printer installs are typically very simple. No matter how many times I installed the ink cartridges it would still give an error that no ink cartridge was installed. Ended up spending half a day on the phone with HP support troubleshooting before finally it miraculously recognized the ink cartridges. Apparently this is common on these based on our support conversation. Definitely not plug and play. Now 3 months in to my purchase I've had several other issues: - HP smart app seems to always say 'no paper' even though there is paper and it will print. - Letter size paper doesn't stay in the printer well. You place it in the paper tray, but when you close the tray the paper moves - making the printer think there is no paper. So you have to keep repositioning the paper. - Print quality is very poor. I don't print much - usually shipping labels or kids homework. Every time I print something it prints poorly on the first try -with white blank lines through it. Upon re-printing it will then print fine. But of course this wastes paper and ink - which you are now charged for by the page because it's Instant Ink. Seems kind of odd that now that I'm being charged by the page I have to print everything atleast twice. Instant Ink - I was skeptical of this to begin with but even more so now. What a sham. The printer comes with a cartridge of instant ink. Once you install it you're basically registered and paying monthly per page - different plans based on how many pages/month. If you go over your limit then you're charged by the page. Customer service: Less than 3 months into my purchase the print quality is so bad it's unreadable. Printer says ink levels are good and so does the HP smart app. Reached out to customer service and went through lots of troubleshooting of the cartridges and printer. After wasting another 20 pages of my plan troubleshooting with them, they decide my cartridges need to be replaced and they'll ship out more. So much for the instant ink concept of them shipping it before you're out. And now I'm left with a printer that doesn't print when of course my kid has a paper due tomorrow. Overall: Would not recommend based on the print quality - especially for the price. And skip the instant ink.

The machine works as advertised but installation on my Apple iMac was awful!

After I finally got it all set, I like it. It was supposed to be set up but did not work and took some time to make it work

That was the exact printer that I wanted. I can print any document just my cell phone.

Works like a dream, beautiful, great features, but I just wish I could of do fax from the printer instead from my phone

WORST PRINTER of my life. And HP won't acknowledge the problems. I can't change the print settings -- they are LOCKED, and HP is blaming me saying it is my computer's fault their software doesn't work! It's nonsense. I can only print in the setting they allow -- which uses up all my ink. This is NO ACCIDENT. I bought this 5 months ago and have gone through the ink that came with it and I'm 3/4 through the replacement ink with only 210 pages printed. I will pay the cost of this printer 2 to 4x a year just to print basics!! Thats only 42 pages a month. And I have to buy ink again in the next week or two. I have never seen such a horrific rip off in my life! Avoid HP!!!!

searching for an all in on printer for months and found it at Best Buy on sale and it came w/6 months of ink. very happy

I am happy with it once I could get it connected. To challenging for this 81 year old. But I did it.
