    I like the printer but the 6 months of free ink is a lie. I was only given 2 months of free ink. I was completely unable to speak to a human at HP to get anything remedied. I am disappointed because the 6 month ink supply was half the reason i picked this model

    I don't like the face tha you have to go online for instructions - which are not easy to understand. The printer is fine - just prefer more intuitive products.
