Great printer, so much better than the Canon I had that died in 2 years

Purchased as a replacement to my Canon Pixma that spawned the notorious printhead error. The HP was noisier than the Canon, and I had problems getting HP to connect to my work computer/firewall that even IT couldnt correct, so I ultimately had to replace this one after 2 months. It worked fine via the smartphone app

I am giving 4 starts because the printer I purchase is recent and I do not know how works fully. Nevertheless, I have print some color pages and are very good compared to the old printer.

I was so eager to upgrade I hade the HP 7546 and it lasted me for over 10 years it just finally gave out but this is well worth it the photos are rich and beautiful color the is a perfect home printer I very very highly recommended it and I hope it last to

Seems good! Little hard to understand how to connect to a tablet. You have to use HP smart app. Launch the app then print from there. The insta ink is great! I haven't printed photos yet, but expect them to be good!

This printer is a welcome addition to my home office. The print quality is a lot better than my previous printer and the ability to load printer paper and photo paper at the same time is really useful. I also enjoy having the two sided printing.

Great printer! We were loyal to Canon, but became disappointed in their newer offerings. Finally, tried HP after doing lots of research and feel we made a great choice! It's not an inexpensive printer, but it is worth it. Reliable, easy set-up and good interface.

I expected it to be much better than my previous HP printer, but so far it continues to give me fits printing "color" on anything I print. After printing a few color photos I was waiting to print, they were good, all of a sudden I could print no color on even a normal print sheet of any email I received..??..then to my surprise new ink came in the mail..why..??..thought that would solve the color printing..it did not..??..w/o paperwork I guess I have to call HP..or can I get Geek Squad back ..??..if not I may just return this one and buy something different..HELP !!!

I am losing confidence in the Geek Squad services! I needed them to assist me in connecting the printer, and all I got was a lot of smart mouth from one of the agents! Woodlawn agents are the worst, both the Best Buy agents and mainly the Geek Squad team! YUCK!!!!

This is an excellent printer. I can print from any room in the house. The printer is quiet, quick and the quality of the print is very good.

Was actually a hard process to set up and link to my computer. Never had that much trouble setting up my previous printer. Got frustrated and quit the set up, then started again 24 hours later and it was connected (by itself?) I think the printer is possessed! It prints at its own speed, not very fast. The scanner does not set up easily and still doesn't function, can't get it to scan to my computer directly.

I love the printer, initially I needed help getting it set up through my WiFi and hp app but customer service got me set up in no time. I’m able to do all sorts of printing jobs I’d not tried before. The photo quality and features are great !!

printer options work great, love the paper feed for quick copies. Photo prints come out much better than on my old printer, haven't tried to use the double sided print option yet but can't wait. Some things are much easier to copy and print from the phone app.

Nice printer; set up was easy. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 stars is at times, even though there is paper in the tray, the screen displays no paper and you have to give it a wiggle to register there is in fact paper.

It’s so easy to install and so nice looking. We can print both black and white and also color copy. That’s the one I was looking for since long time.

Good printer for the price. Photos copy really nice. If you send something to be printed, it is fairly fast. It prints double-sided and single-sided. It has a flat bed to scan as well as a sheet feeder.

Great printer/copier/scanner. I love how it makes scanning or copying multiple documents a breeze. The large capacity paper tray makes large projects easy and the special photo paper chute makes printing pictures simple. I love this machine.

The HP-ENVY Inspire 7955e Wireless All-in-One Inkjet photo printer was so easy to set up. And I am 80 and not tech savvy. The Fry Road Employee, Robert, was so knowledgeable and helpful and patient. I am enjoying being able to print/copy/scan at home now.

Love my new printer. Brought it home, took it out of thr box, plugged it in and went straight to work on a big project.n

Nice printer easy setup. I’ve other HP Envy printers this model goes through ink through. XL maybe 50 pages. Glad took advantage of instant ink.
