    We bought our printer a few weeks ago. We haven't used all the features yet, but so far this HP Envy copier serves our needs. We have not had to refer to the manual since we had a similar printer before. So far, this Envy Inspire 7955e serves our basic needs well.

    I have had good experience with HP products. This unit was purchased as a gift and had appropriate functionality for my needs and I liked the opportunity to receive ink cartridge updates regularly for a short time after the initial purchase. I was not as pleased that the unit does not have FAX capability but there are workarounds available and faxing is not as frequent these days as it used to be.

    This consistently has issues It won't feed the paper I have a paper jam every other sheet of paper. My last HP lsted 10 years until it died of old age I bought 2 of this model last June 2025 and the first one I had to return because it was taking 4 min per sheet to print (black and white) Now this one jams

    Its not expensive, but has all the features i need to photo copy by scanner, to give me just enough color to make my photos have the potential to speak out to those i share them with..and the ink cartridges are great for over 100 nice copies ..
