    Disappointed in this HP 7955e printer for my office (only used 4 months). Lost signal with internet due to storms turning the power off; I live in FL this happens often. The instructions say to reset, no reset button. Continuing to go through all the steps to reconnect to internet is difficult. The product is now stuck on with a black screen and will not work. I have unplugged and plugged in again-nothing. After so much work time loss on trying to correct the consistent issues-I believe DISPOSAL will be the greatest achievement for this HP product. My HP 7640 is old but grateful for the ease of use over many years, I am using it in my office now and contemplating another printer company. The paper tray is also flimsy and not as easy to pull in and out. I tried to like it:(

    Easy to setup to support wireless printing from PC and other devices. The requirement to use only HP ink cartridges is alittle hokie however for $2 a month and free delivery - so far very convenient and cost effective.

    I like it. Is just what I needed & I expected. This is my fourth HP printer, & I love them. However, this one has some issues. It will not print on both sides, & will not sort my pages last to first. According to the manual, it's supposed to do both. It's still under warranty, & it looks like I'll be taking it in for repair.
