    I'm giving it 3 stars because the first one I got developed a hardware problem, and was therefore replaced. The second one has worked very well, but will scan to my computer only thru the hpsmart app, nd only after working with an hp tech person remotely to get it to do that. I still won't scan directly from the screen/pad on the printer as it should.

    This is a great sleek machine. Easy to set up and fun to use. The only thing missing is that it does not fax. The salesman at the store said it does. I believed him. I'm still keeping it for the other features. Great copy and color printing. If you don't care about faxing than this is a great machine.

    This is a great printer and scanner. Can also send a mobile fax with the App. It uses alot of ink for the little amount of things we print. Even with different settings.

    This printer is easy it set-up for wireless and Bluetooth printing (for basic printing use). It’s great for printing from cell phones, as well as personal computers! It prints quickly and without any delays…. It looks good too.

    This HP Envy is a gem. Prints great and is easy to use once you get past the set up. The opening directions get a -5. When you have to go to three different apps/websites to get everything registered and up, it's too much. Thankfully, after a day of pondering, I was able to get my Envy going with minimal fuss. Now I just have to figure out if I want to stay with the Ink subscription or not. ****caveat**** Everything is spiffy except set up. Any missing stars is the stinking set up. Did I mention the set up?
