I really loved this printer, but didn't get to use it... Found out our wifi provider had set us up with a 6mghz and this printer only works on 5Mghz. Took it back and got another printer not knowing this problem at the time. I replaced it with the HP Office JetPro 8135e, which I like, but is kinda' built cheap. Found out why these printers wouldn't install on 6mghz when Geek Squad (4 times) finally said they couldn't help and gave me HP's number. HP didn't catch it right away, but after about 30 minutes a lightbulb appeared. :) So thankful to find the answer and do hope sharing this experience might help others in the future. The wifi guy that replaced our nice eero modem with an older model for the lower #s, I'm sure, could have installed the eero on my computer and it would have worked. He tried to install it on my phone... ?

I'm very pleased with this printer. It does everything I need. Great for residential use. Set up was easy, even for some one who is technologically challenged, like me.

It took about 15 minutes to setup everything. Paper tay could be hiden with automatic open to catch print outs but ill get use to it. Great for home or small office printing and the price is right.

Works as advertised, so far so good. I have no reason to believe otherwise.

Set up was pretty easy for two boomers . Copies come out clear. Easy to use .

Best printer I’ve owned so far! I have owned an Epson, and another brand of HP… but this one by far has been the best.

I like the printer but I have never been able to get it to pull the small photo paper, so I am unable to print photos. I am finding the photo paper holder doesn't work. You can hear it trying to pull it, but it doesn't.

Excellent printer but don’t waist your time with the insta-ink, just buy your own.

The printer is good to use. Good connection and user friendly.

This is a very good looking unit (like an egg shell white with light tan accents) compared to the many standard black units I have purchased over the years. My last HP was ENVY 7640, and it finally, after around 7 years, started to act up and would not print off of the web, or say it had a problem printing but would print a half hour later, etc. This is a 2021 model, and set up was very easy using the HP smart App on your phone. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS STEP BY STEP, or your unit will not set up properly. Don't be a "typical" guy and just set it up like you did on older units. You will be in for a little surprise if you do that. This unit prints fast, and you can do all of these things on your phone or on the screen on the printer itself. The app also registers the unit for you and sets you up for the "instant ink" program which I highly say you should do. Hope I have this machine for a long time. The only gripe I have (albeit minimal) is that the older unit had a tray pop out automatically to catch the copies when the printing started, and on this unit you have to pull out the tray manually, and this little spring loaded piece pops up to catch your copies.

The HP Printer with 3 months of free ink was a good buy. It prints well and quickly. It is smaller than my last printer, but not as small as I expected. The tray does not hold as much paper as my last printer, but it’s not a problem.

My decision to move up to a higher grade printer has proven the best move ever. Past printers have been efficient in their output but this HP-ENVY model surpasses them all. It's super quiet, super sharp quality, seems more economic in ink usage. I recommend it highly.

This is a great printer and scanner. Can also send a mobile fax with the App. It uses alot of ink for the little amount of things we print. Even with different settings.

Great Quality Printing! I bought this for business purposes but recently we used it for all things wedding for my daughter. It was easy to set up, great quality printing.

This printer is just what we were looking for because it also had a scanner and the ability to print photos. Danny helped us find it when we came in the store and he was able to answer our questions, so we didn’t have to figure it out on our own. We got a good price and great assistance.

This hp has proven itself to be just what I needed. The quality in both color and black and white is very good. The speed of printing is great. I’m pleased with my purchase.

The setup was easy once I realized I had initiate the InstaInk to get the printer to work with (you guessed it) InstaInk. The printer and scanning features work well. I was able to print some photo quality pictures for mounting. The printer is a little fussy about the paper loading, but restarting the printer clears the issues.

Easy to set up and prints good quality. Size is not too big.

It prints real well. What is irritating to me is that they want everything to go through the hp app. More steps involved than with previous units. For instance to eliminate pages you need to go to another page. Just not friendly to use in my mind.
