This is, by far, the best printer I’ve owned. It was so easy to set up, and I had it up and running in a short amount of time. I have scanned, printed, and copied without a hint of an issue. Using the app on both my phone and my computer works perfect. I am extremely happy with this printer and highly recommend it.

This was a great purchase for us. This printer we have had about a month and is just doing a great job. Installation was easy set up to iPhones. If we had it to do all over again we would purchase it.

Not only is this not super large or heavy, the quality is very, very good! I was impressed with the pictures that I have printed a various subjects for my business. The machine is pretty quiet. It works great and I’ve had no issues.

I purchased this to replace a 14-year-old Brother MFC printer that had served me well. This printer is fine as a piece of hardware, it is the software and "instant ink" program that I had trouble with. The print quality is very good verging on excellent. The speed is more than acceptable and it is not overly loud even without the slower quiet mode. I signed up for the free 6-month trial of instant ink in order to get the initial cartridges to work. I knew that I had a large print job right away, printing programs for my father's funeral, so I purchased a set of high-capacity cartridges for the job. I had trouble with the HP Smart software not being able to connect to my network as soon as I tried the first print. So, I looked up the printer on my network and it was there so I printed directly to the printer and it worked fine. Then the cartridges ran out, as expected. When I put the high-capacity cartridges in it would not accept them because they were not "instant ink program cartridges". I contacted customer service and they were unable to help, all they could tell me was to wait for the new ink to be sent. I did not have that luxury, this job had to be done in time for the funeral. Eventually I had to give up the 6-month trial of instant ink in order to get store bought ink to work. Don't even get me started on the scanner part. Slow at best compared to the old Brother printer, and the HP Smart software was once again unable to connect to the network, and customer service was once more unable to help. I had to download HP scan and capture from the play store to use the scanner at all. Take away the "HP Smart" software and the "instant ink program", find your own work arounds because customer service was of absolutely no use, and this might rate a 4 star review.

Great printer, easy to set up, nore difficult to germt the computer to recognize this pronter when promting from the internet and emails. Figured it out and all is working well now. Qulity printer, worth ghe money.

Our new HP - Envy Inspire 7955e Wireless Inkjet Printer is working well for us. Set up was a little tricky, but the customer service representative was pleasant, helpful and patient. He not only helped us connect our computers to the wireless printer but our phones as well. I highly recommend this affordable printer.

I've had many HP products and this printer meets my expectations of the brand. The ENVY Inspire is easy to set up. I was able to connect to my PC and 2 android phones in minutes. I haven't printed pictures yet, but the black and white and color printouts are sharp. The pdf scan feature sends files to my email instantly. The pdfs created have been of high quality.

I’ve had this printer for about a month and so far I love it. The photos printed look so real. It was super easy to set up the wireless. The printer comes with small cartridges but since I am a member of HP print I got replacements in 2 days. The only con I have is the paper catcher. It is tilted up to much so you have to watch your printed pages coming out.

This copier is easy to navigate. I va it in the office of our house and it works perfectly. It has everything we need in it and yet small in enough that it can be on a file cabinet. It can print in color and black and white and the quality it outstanding.
