I was in need of a printer and the rep guided us answered our questions and assisted us in this purchase. We are very pleased with the printer.

Easy to get started and setup though software a little cumbersome to start, good once running. Good quality prints and copies. Scan works well.

Printer works well, after I could figure out how to connect it to my wifi. Can print from any room in the house. Print, copy and scan features all work as advertised.

The print quality is excellent. I do not like the new type of "after print paper tray" as it does not allow printed paper to lay flat. I loved my old HP 8600 tray.

Very easy to set up and prints high quality pictures and print. It is not super fast but good for home use.

This product was easy to install and so far, it is working perfectly. It is SO much better than that hunk of junk Brother printer that I purchased previously!

Easy to set up! This is my 3rd printer I have purchased over the years. It has more features than my more simple ones! I love it! Reasonably priced!!

This printer is okay for standard color printing. I found the paper tray extremely frustrating to deal with. We had some ink bleed issues on glossy cardstock as well. I will be returning.

Basically good. I wish I didn't get HP popups. I will never subscribe to ink!!!!!!! I do mostly scanning. Sometimes it is hard to figure out how to print. I wish I could find a free online manual. That's frustrating not to find one. When I scan, I wish it would remember that I always want jpeg. I have to always pay close attention to the settings. It's OK

This printer was very easy to set up and connect to my network. It works flawlessly. There are has been no issues and its very quiet.

I love my new printer. It does photos beautifully & straight copies are perfect. It’s easy to use & works well with my iPhone & iPad.

I would give it a 5 star but I have to pay the monthly ink fee for it to even print. I tried to save moneyvand stopped the payment. I couldn't get it to work. I barely use it so I really don't need to pay for monthly ink replacement plan. I still get charged for the replacement cartridges when the ink is mailed. The money I have spent, so far, could have replaced 2 of them. I think it's a rip off being forced to pay the fee just so you know when the ink is running low. If I had known that the printer was not useable without the monthly fee, I would have purchased another printer. I recommend buying something where you don't have to pay a fee.

I get good quality prints, but it struggles to keep a connection. You also have to sign up with H.P. and they keep tabs on your printing. They say they want to save the forest. lol Right. It seems like a good idea at first, but I'm beginning to wonder. They charge a monthly fee based on what you think you will print. If you don't print as much as you think, they don't give you a credit. If you print more, they charge you extra. So you better get it right. If I could afford IBM for my office, I would get it. HP is and always has been my favorite for quality for small business after IBM though. They are more affordable. This does not have a fax on it. The salesman told me it did. By the time I found out, it was to late to exchange it.

HP has always been a great product. It’s product speaks for itself!
