    This printer is replacing my old HP 6978 of similar features. HP has come a long way since then. Setup was easier than ever and the updated Ink Service is just too easy. For the price, print quality in B&W and Color is more than acceptable. Printer seems quieter. It is slightly slower printing but hardly noticeable for my printing needs.

    I purchased this printer because I liked my HP Envy 7800 series, and it had good staying power. I also have HP Ink, and wanted something that used the same size cartridge to save myself hassle. So far I am enjoying this printer very much. I haven't tried photo paper yet but hoping for quality there, too.

    I've always bought all-in-one printers that were photo quality, as being able to print high quality photographs for business use is important. But, I could never get rid of those pesky horizontal lines! With this ENVY Inspire, I've not had that problem! It prints great photos!

    Good machine and serves all functions. One downfall is that the tray does not pop out to catch paper when printing, you have to manually pull it out or all your paper will be on the floor.

    It took a little longer than expected to set up and then it wouldn’t feed paper. I unplugged and reset the machine, went back through the set up and it worked! The top feeder tray is great and copies/ prints quickly.

    It's my first "not cheapie" printer. I've only had it a month, so I have not used the scanner yet, but printing and copying quality are good. When I have use for the other features my opinion might change, but for now, I am quite satisfied.

    Connected to many devices easily which is a very good quality. Print is clear, colors are fine haven’t used for photos. Is a bit slow when told to print but worth it because it works every time.

    Very happy with the purchase. It is very easy to setup. Power cord feed is not properly secured in printer socket overall, definitely upgrade to my previous hp printer.

    I just got this printer today and was able to get it up and running in 15 minutes. The features are great and the print quality is superb. I had replaced my defective 7855 with this one - the 7855 was generally good but this one appears to be faster and better print quality.
