The printer is easy to setup and use. The documents are crisp and clear. I can't comment on the photo quality, I have not used it as of yet.

Purchased for the upcoming semester and I've already begun to thank myself for making the investment. The ease of setup was a treat, and knowing that when I'm low on ink I'll have it shipped on demand makes a few less stops throughout my busy weeks. Couldn't recommend the product enough!

I should have known better but I decided to give HP a try again after having a terrible experience over 10 years ago. The printer has decided to stop working twice alrdy and I’ve owned it a month. I’ve spent hours on HP tech support to fix the issues. It’s always an issue with their software corrupting. They make you sign up for an HP account then you are always asked to sign up for their cartridge subscription they even push the sub on you when you call support. Never again.

Excellent All in One. Prints, copies, scans. Easy to set up.

Loving this printer. It was easy to connect to network and my devices (I have Apple devices). Have not used the HP app yet, but everything I’ve printed, scanned or copied has worked well.

This is a great printer for home use and was an excellent price.

I'm very much pleased with the purchase of my HP Envy inspire printer, It exceeded my expectations of what the printer is capable of doing, I would recommend anyone looking for a printer to check out Best Buy first.

Look simple and easy to operate...it' was already be assembled.no stress to inserts the ink...it's contains black and white color and also comes with other color..you can print out, photocopy and other work...it's performs 3/1 function

Was actually a hard process to set up and link to my computer. Never had that much trouble setting up my previous printer. Got frustrated and quit the set up, then started again 24 hours later and it was connected (by itself?) I think the printer is possessed! It prints at its own speed, not very fast. The scanner does not set up easily and still doesn't function, can't get it to scan to my computer directly.

Seems to print well. Relatively easy to hook up to laptop but have not been able to print from phone. Tried multiple, multiple reco' s, online tips, and FAQs, etc. A little noisier than last printer but acceptable.

Very complex all in one printer. Took awhile to add it with my other printer and become familiar with it. Now I have it working to my satisfaction. Really a great printer.

Nice printer! This is for light home use. No issues at all.

This printer does minimal work and as usual with HP printers, they're reliable but the print quality is not the best when compared to its competitors. The printing is fine, just not bold. The reason for my four stars is because every time you want to scan, you have to open the app on your computer--its an extra unnecessary step. The scanner doesn't work properly most of the time as it doesn't catch the sheets & you have to try various times. The last issue is that paper gets jammed more often than I would like. If you're doing minimal printing its okay, but there's something better with competitors.

I returned the printer as I ws able to fix my original printer

Would highly recommend it works awesome i bought 4 from other places and this one was the best will buy another if this one messes up

I haven't used it too much so far, but so far it seems to work wonderfully. The only complaint so far would be that the instructions on how to install the ink cartridges could be a bit more detailed. Thanks!
