This one is not as well made, in fact it's pretty chitnzy. The paper tray is a joke. Since I ordered it and was gone out of town when it arrived, I don't think I am able to return or exchange it but I'm going to try.

Thankfully there is geek squad available to help . I am not sure how the 6 months free ink works, does it come automatically or do I need to sign up for it somewhere. . I will see in the next few weeks. I also don’t understand why there should be a loud printing mode which seems to be the default.

I traded the ink and then it kept saying there was a paper jam. Nope there is a twisted piece of white seems like plastic inside . I am 79. Threw the box out and am here with a no working printer. The number on the outside of the printer is different than the one inside the printer. I have the ongoing printer ink but no printer that works!
