easy to set up, have copied document, printed from new laptop, haven't used the scan function yet

This printer prints pages very quickly. A great price for such a good printer. It's great to have the touchscreen -- it can let you know your print cartridge levels or allows you to cancel a print job, and so much more.

The service was great. The printer is exactly what we were looking for.

I had a terrible house fire and my printer was no good so I bought tge HP ENVY because my sister had one and i loved it. She set it up for me with my computer and it works GREAT. THANK YOU SIS. I LOVE YOU!

Basically good. I wish I didn't get HP popups. I will never subscribe to ink!!!!!!! I do mostly scanning. Sometimes it is hard to figure out how to print. I wish I could find a free online manual. That's frustrating not to find one. When I scan, I wish it would remember that I always want jpeg. I have to always pay close attention to the settings. It's OK

Good quality printer overall. Photo printing can be difficult. Paper has gotten jammed a number of times. But works once figured out.

This printer is easy to use and works well. However, the black ink cartridge that came with the printer caused an error and I had to order another one. Also, the FAX option cannot hardwire to your modem. I'm not sure how the FAX works and not sure if there's a cost. You simply can't send a FAX from the printer by pressing a FAX icon.

Good printer to print work or personal documents. I'm mainly using it for art prints and stickers, but the app for HP is not really good. The reason I removed a star is because sometimes the printer would print directly on the top of the paper and cut off a section of my artwork. This frustrated me the most, but overall I think it's a decent printer if you're using it for basic stuff.

Prints good quality pictures, great price. Easy to set up and start using right away.

Nice printing printer. Main set up was easy. EPrint printing, still trying to get it to operate. Printing, impressed with color prints. Prints pretty fast.

Easy to set up and easy to work. Not for heavy duty work but for 5/8 pages to scan at a time it is efficient and quiet. I must commend the sales support team at Beaverton location as being accommodating and knowledgeable about the product. I have been an Instant Ink customer for many years and it is a reliable product and went out of its was to resolve a couple issues to my complete satisfaction. Will Kravitz

Overall I’m very satisfied with the printer. It connected to the network easily following the instructions. The only thing is that it can’t scan directly to my Mac. You need to download an App to manage scanning. It could be red really well to my Windows laptop. I noticed that it doesn’t have a holder for the documents being printer so if I’m not there to get it it falls on the floor.

This is an upgrade from the Envy 5500 I had prior. I like the HP products and this meets all my current needs.
