    This Printer was a replacement for an older Envy which I loved. It is very reliable, but it is not as user friendly with the options to do certain things. For example, the option to send to email is bit more complicated. Overall it is a workhorse and a great printer for everyday use.

    It’s gone for a home office or personal use. Runs out of ink very quickly and the output is not as many as I would like, but I do use the printer a lot. I would’ve just got something more larger scale.

    I have always used HP Printers. Only drawback with this unit is I don't have Wi-Fi so had to have Geek Squad help me get it set up. Then had to have them come out to my place to get it synced to my HP Smart Scan Icon, which he got working perfectly within minutes. And since I don't have Wi-Fi, I can't take advantage of the free ink cartridges. Even with this, I love this unit!

    Easy setup and software installation. 1. Be sure and select full software load and not recommended package to allow for full scan capability. 2. This printer does not print index cards--a step backward for HP Printer performs all functions well and provides good quality copies.
