    I’ve only had the printer a couple of weeks and of course it works good brand new out of the box. Set up was fairly easy yet still time consuming after going through all steps and signing up for additional services. The print quality on photos isn’t as good as I was hoping but hope it gets better putting ink through the machine.

    Printers are my worst enemy..:until I spent a little extra, more than I had intended or wanted to, but the sales associate did assure me that it was well worth it: he apologized as so many printers were out of stock, not just at my location, but state wide, but in detail explained the ins and outs and he wasn’t wrong, I had a massive legal undertaking ahead of me and this printer saved my butt!

    Works like a dream. Prints and pictures come out crisp and clean. Scanner and copier is near flawless. The only issue i had was connecting to HP to use the auto refill feature, but i use barracks wifi.

    This printer was surprisingly easy for me to setup as a non-technical person. It is used as an occasional home printer with one or 2 pages each day. Figured out how to scan with no special software to load and no auto-cartridge purchase. The display screen is important to have. Happy with this purchase.
