    This is a good printer but I cannot scan any documents in. Don't know if it is the printer or how it was setup. I had Geek Squad setup my printer. When I go to scan I receive an error "Printer not connected to computer. Don't know how to correct issue.

    I had my grand daughter set it up the only problem we had was setting up the instant Ink the automated system only wanted to give us 3 months ink and we should have got 6 after talking to 2 reps they gave us 6 months free ink

    I had few other printers and each had an issue as far as 2 sided prints, or connectivity issues. So far I have had no issues with this printer.

    I recently upgraded my HP Officejet Pro 8500A printer to this model in which I'm completely satisfied with this HP-ENVY All-In-One printer. The HP Smart App is awesome as well as the inkjet photo capability works great. I highly recommend this printer since the ink cartridges are priced very reasonable and also available at Best Buy.

    This is crappy to say the least. Completely stopped working after just 2 months. I probably printed less than 150 sheets. It constantly gave 'out of paper' error with a full tray of paper. It never did print on envelopes. Warning: Avoid purchasing this printer!!
