This printer works fine apart from the color cartridges. I find if I don’t use the printer for a while, and I don’t often need to use the printer that the color cartridges go bad and I need to replace them even though there’s so much ink left I could probably avoid this by printing things. I don’t need each month, but I forgot to do that.

I like this product but the app doesnt work with older mac versions to directly scan to the mac book pro.

Well, I'm coming back to see Steve again! THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT! Steve showed me everything to do and when I got home and set up the printer/computer the only thing I could do was make a copy. I have no IDEA WHAT I AM DOING WRONG so back I come again 5/5/25. If this doesn't work I hope Steve can come to MY HOUSE and discover the PROBLEM! My other computer/printer were a PLEASURE!!!

Not ver durable. Ink cartridges hold very little and when you replace them the chances of turning off the machine is lilely as the door opening and off/on switch are together. Doesnt hold more than 50 sheets of paper at a time. Definatley not a work horse. If you only print or copy something once in a blue moon it will work for you.

Printer is fine. I downgraded to a simple printer/scanner from a scanner/fax/printer---needs changed. Find that this printer, which uses wifi is not always "connected" but after a few moments (sometimes minutes) it finds the computer and all is well.

great printer,does everything you need,love that can scan and fax.paper easy to load,cartridges easy to change no problems.Needing a multipurpose printer highly recommend.

The plastic on the paper feeder and the paper storage is cheap and a bit flimsy. Much lower quality than the 4650 I had to replace but it works. Setup was ok however it is difficult to print from the iPhone. I would not recommend buying if children/teens would be using. I expected better quality for the price and I would have returned it had I not have had store credit to pay for most of it.

Nice HP printer (my 3rd one). Had to get tech support to help me put in the two printer cartridges though. Instructions were somewhat vague. I had not pushed them in until they "clicked" in place. Otherwise an easy setup.

GREAT PRINTER with many feature. i had some challenges setting it up on my computer but got it to work with instruction for an app.

Good for small printing jobs school or at home work

i am exceptionally please with the performance of this printer. The ease with blue tooth functions and commands is very user friendly. the calculation of ink used and supplied if you choose the option is a plus.

Connection is very iffy, had so many problems trying to connect and print from my multiple devices. Had to get their support services on the phone twice because it will not print if it’s not connected to the internet. We have wireless so we have to make sure the connection is strong and close to router to stay connected.

The machine looks good and it has all the features I need but it’s taken a minute to get it up and running properly. Too soon to tell… just getting used to having it work wirelessly.

I would give 5 stars, but the setup was extremely difficult. I had to call tech support twice. Each time was 3 hours going through different techniques. I was almost ready to pack up and return it. It is working perfectly fine now.

I'm not a technology whiz. I like it that this printer can print pages from a book. I like the HP Ink Program. My previous 2 printers have also been HP. It works greats.

It has glitches. Scanned for a whole, now refuses to accept scanning command. Only prints. Prints very well, but I bought the whole package, not just printing.

Regular online updates and monthly fee covers the ink. Print from another location using internet connection. Set-up required calling in. Overall great printer.
