    We haven't had the printer long enough to form an overall opinion yet. However, we like the automatic ink and paper ordering but not sure about one cartridge for the colored ink.

    Good looking printer but horrible set-up process. Called Total tech, took 2 hours to try to setup printer (first time set-up)….they were unable to set it up. I contacted HP, after another hour and a half it was finally set up, works fine now, but horrible set-up problems. Hopefully the code will be fixed soon for future customers.

    Excellent printer! Setup via HPs website is a bit tricky. Had to use our Best Buy total tech program to finish the setup. Otherwise, a great printer!

    Never could get the printer to work constantly. I got the scanner to work once and then nothing. I spent several hours with the geek squad but to no avail.

    The printer is great. The pages come out crisp and clear. My only issue is that the ink does not last very long. It's not too expensive, but it just doesn't last as long as the Canon that I had to upgrade.
