Haven't used long enough to judge the ink program but it was a good price

Kind of a pain to connect to computer but once done it works great. Good color printing.

Seems to work fine, needed just for copying and scanning; a little complicated to set up

I've had HP computers and printers for years and was finally in need of replacing it. After reading reviews I finally decided on this one and was very hesitant on the instant ink idea. Now 3 months in to this purchase, I realize this was a BIG MISTAKE to purchase. The setup was a nightmare - and I work in IT. Printer installs are typically very simple. No matter how many times I installed the ink cartridges it would still give an error that no ink cartridge was installed. Ended up spending half a day on the phone with HP support troubleshooting before finally it miraculously recognized the ink cartridges. Apparently this is common on these based on our support conversation. Definitely not plug and play. Now 3 months in to my purchase I've had several other issues: - HP smart app seems to always say 'no paper' even though there is paper and it will print. - Letter size paper doesn't stay in the printer well. You place it in the paper tray, but when you close the tray the paper moves - making the printer think there is no paper. So you have to keep repositioning the paper. - Print quality is very poor. I don't print much - usually shipping labels or kids homework. Every time I print something it prints poorly on the first try -with white blank lines through it. Upon re-printing it will then print fine. But of course this wastes paper and ink - which you are now charged for by the page because it's Instant Ink. Seems kind of odd that now that I'm being charged by the page I have to print everything atleast twice. Instant Ink - I was skeptical of this to begin with but even more so now. What a sham. The printer comes with a cartridge of instant ink. Once you install it you're basically registered and paying monthly per page - different plans based on how many pages/month. If you go over your limit then you're charged by the page. Customer service: Less than 3 months into my purchase the print quality is so bad it's unreadable. Printer says ink levels are good and so does the HP smart app. Reached out to customer service and went through lots of troubleshooting of the cartridges and printer. After wasting another 20 pages of my plan troubleshooting with them, they decide my cartridges need to be replaced and they'll ship out more. So much for the instant ink concept of them shipping it before you're out. And now I'm left with a printer that doesn't print when of course my kid has a paper due tomorrow. Overall: Would not recommend based on the print quality - especially for the price. And skip the instant ink.

Works like a dream, beautiful, great features, but I just wish I could of do fax from the printer instead from my phone

works fine, does what I need it to do, not perfect for my needs but does ok

searching for an all in on printer for months and found it at Best Buy on sale and it came w/6 months of ink. very happy

This printer delivers what it should. I had a little trouble getting it to connect to my system. It works really well.

Love that it scans severla docs at the time, why i got it.

Love the photo print quality of this printer when I use glossy photo paper.

Worst printer that I have ever purchased! Cheap piece of junk that I will be throwing away to purchase an upgrade! Document feeder does not work…sat there showing starting copies for over 30 minutes so I just canceled. Ran out of paper and the paper tray fell apart when trying to put it back in.

shad a hard time getting it linked with my computer. I dont know why I still need to reset the print mode to this printer. Printer seems to be working fine

I've always used hp electronics and this is the best printer I've ever purchased yet.

Envy Inspire Wireless Printer operates within guidelines. Setup had some issues. Afterwards no issues.

Nice printer pretty easy to set up. Does every thing it is supposed to. Very happy with it.

Easy to set up. Price was reasonable with a return rebate. Photos print is super. So far so good.
