Great printer!! Came with automatic refills by mail! I no longer have to worry about running out of ink

It took a while to set up not sure what’s the problem. They need to stop making apps needed to use these.

I like that I can print from any device in my home. It prints quietly too even when not on the quiet print setting.

I called the 1-800 number which is a shame I could never get in touch with anybody in charge. the person I talked to send me a copy of my receipt and told me I could return the printer which was still in the box and never used. it was a year since I bought it, but it was never taken out the box. when I took it back to the store the girl at the return counter was getting ready to give me a credit to my Best Buy card and the manager came up and said no. she said she has the authority to deny any return and she said she would not accept it. she gave no reason other than the fact is she's the manager and said no. the only reason I got this new Soundbar and subwoofer is because it was under warranty and you didn't have one to replace it so I had to buy another one. I'll probably never deal with Best Buy after all this is done. I feel there is a lack of communication when you have a problem. every time you get a new number to call it directs you back to the same 1-800 number to talk to a computer and somebody who cannot help you. to be such a large company it's a shame that you have a Fly by Night system to help customers that really need help. it is sad to know that a $300 printer would break the company and they could not give me a refund. I ended up taking that printer and donating it to goodwill. I hope they got 50 to 75 dollars for it so at least it would go to a good cause.

Had to have tech support to get this connected to WiFi and Computer.

This is my third HP printer in the last ten weeks as the first two locked up and noone can unlock them due to the instant ink policy that I signed up for. This printer locked up temporarily only until the Geek Squad reconnected my computer to the printer for no reason?

Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. Would work with him again.

Clean look and not as bulky as most printer. Great for students and home office

So far so good. I've only had it a short time and am enjoying that it always connects with my wifi.

Great printer, loved the fact that it came with 6 months of free ink you completely have to take advantage of that offer.

The scanner is a problem as it causes frequent paper jam

I like the printer but the 6 months of free ink is a lie. I was only given 2 months of free ink. I was completely unable to speak to a human at HP to get anything remedied. I am disappointed because the 6 month ink supply was half the reason i picked this model

Good printer for day to day functions. It would be nice if the pics came out clearer.
