    Printer did not work. Geek Squad could not help. Returned to store, given a new one which doesn't work. Geek Squad told us to take it back to store

    Nothing but problems. HP helped install. Couldn't print then another couldn't scan. New color cartridge after <100 pages, installed new HP supplied cartridge and printed test page. Then got an email saying store bought cartridge installed. Expect at least 30 minutes before you get an HP tech then be very lucky if you can understand them. Trying to return.

    This hp printer produce good pictures. But printing and copying is very slow. Also the printer always said it need paper in the paper tray when paper was there.

    Does most everything you could want in a printer except 2-sided scanning. Easy to operate and I love the touch screen display - that allows operation without using the app.

    Instant ink is a scam. You cannot use ink cartridges obtained with instant ink unless you have an active subscription. Printer always requires an internet connection. I do not recommend this printer for anyone who doesn’t know how to troubleshoot.
