    For some reason the drivers won’t stay installed, the printer is useless from my computer, but works great from my phone. Quality of prints are great though.

    Horrible HP service, printer could not print yellow. 4 hours with HP Support, you have purchase HP + cartridge subscription, printed 10 - 12 color documents and support said I needed to purchase replacement cartridge, very slow color printing. Returning to Best Buy and purchase alternative brand. FYI, with HP+ they can remotely lock printer.

    The bypass tray for scanning has quit working. I am trying to figure out why. I select the bypass but it continues to scan from the glass. I’m so disappointed.

    Worst printer I’ve EVER owned

    I really don’t understand why this printer has so many high reviews. It’s relatively pricey for a printer. I had trouble setting it up and after 4hrs. Yes, 4 HOURS, the HP help team didn’t have any idea. I called up an IT buddy who remotely signed into my computer and figured out what the issue was within 2 MINUTES. I’ve had it a month and it’s constantly getting paper jams and the HP smart ink runs out 10x faster than my Cannon did. After 50pages the ink is severely compromised and fades, but continues to print that counts towards my pages per month & is unreadable. I replaced my first cartridges with ones that were sent directly from HP & got an error instantly that I can not use “store bought” cartridges. Really? HP sent them to me. I honestly don’t think “Hate” is a strong enough word I feel for this purchase. I wish I could return it.

    Decent printer less the software.

    Unlike my old HP printer, this model is not easy to use. You essentially must use the "HP Smart" software to accomplish any task. For example, I am unable to scan a document from the printer/scanner to my computer using the touchscreen on the unit. Unlike my old printer, I get a message instructing me to use the HP Smart application on my computer. Such a pain! I believe this is a marketing scheme because the application is littered with ways you can spend more with HP. Very disappointing.

    I got my printer, and got it set up. It immediately was showing “paper jam” message before I ever tried printing anything. I tried everything that was recommended and did a video call with HP and they said they printer was defective. I drove an hour and a half away to the nearest Best Buy to do an exchange. I got my new printer and drove all the way back home. I got it set up and it prints! Except it’s only PRINTING PINK. I set it up exactly as the instructions say. It’s a brand new printer and it only prints pink. I got two brand new printers within a day and they both have issues. Not impressed at all.

    It’s operates very loudly. The toner does not last long and are very expensive. One complete set of toner is more expensive than the actual machine.

    This printer is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever had the displeasure of owning. My HP 5140series i bought in 2016 was a more efficient printer with better features. And it was even fast than this hunk of garbage. I cant even belive i paid over 300$ for a constant headache. For the life of me i dont know why I threw out the box essentially marrying me to this nightmare. I knew the minute we brought this home and unboxed it, it would be nothing but a HUGE pain in the butt

    very sturdy and seemingly reliable printer. Wireless connection works well. The app on line is not very intuitive so unless I use the printer frequently--like everyday--I have to refresh my memory on how to get everything to work.

    It is very loud, does not hold a lot of paper. And it’s hard to get paper in and out of that slot because the photo paper slot is on top. And on top of that is the paper holder. Horrible design! I’m returning it.
