I got this printer only to find out that if you do not pay the monthly printer fee you are not able to print at all and they do not send you the ink for the subscription that you sign up for. I am not able to use this at all it just sits on my desk. RUN RUN FROM THIS PURCHASE IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD

Should be zero stars but that is not an option. Software download does not work as admitted by HP Support. Best Buy should not be selling this junk they are better than this. And it is embarrassing to have the HP logo on it. I have never been this upset at a product to write a single negative review.

It doesn’t stay connected to the internet and we had HP support and did everything they said to do. We have to unplug it and plug it back in to make it work. I do not recommend this one. Our last HP printer was great, but this is a lemon. We only had it for less than 2 years and looking at getting a new printer.

In fact, I'd bet that most HP Printers are not the money. All of sudden, I can no longer print PDF's from my PC (in and out of the dumb HP Smart App), and also from my phone. This printer has been nothing by minor problems since the day I bought it.
