DON'T BUY THS PRINTER!!!

Printer did not recognize more than 1 page. I recently printed out important documents and was told later that there were 3 pages to each document. Had to take a screenshot in order to get all the pages. I WISH I COULD RETURN IT. I sent a complaint to HP also.

It stopped printing legibly in August of 2023. Best Buy replaced it with another of the same model and it stopped printing legibly in January 2024.

How cartridges perform in your own printer varies according to numerous factors, including resolution, how dry the air is and how absorbent the paper is.

What a Waste

Hmm…less than 30 days and 40 copies…tried to use my previous printers ink and printer will not work. Spent several hours trying to load new printer as replacement and it cannot be done. It MUST be connected to the internet to work. The software that must be used to connect it to the internet does not recognize the printer and so the printer cannot be configured. Completely unusable. HP says its a problem with the Windows 10 print spooler. Don't buy if you need to print from a laptop.
