I am glad I purchased this printer! It is a lot faster than the old one. Very easy to print on both sides without reinserting the paper!

Printer works well, after I could figure out how to connect it to my wifi. Can print from any room in the house. Print, copy and scan features all work as advertised.

So far great printer. Easy to setup and use. Only concern is that the paper tray seems flimsy

Works really good for the most part. Haven’t had any issues lately. My only complaint is that the tray where the paper prints doesn’t automatically pop out like my old printer so I have to pull it out myself otherwise my printed documents end up all over the floor.

I love this printer - when it works. By that I mean, it is constantly forgetting wifi/disconnecting from wifi. If it didn't do that just about every othe day, I wouldn't have any complaints, but because it does, and adds anywhere from 20 minutes to a few hours of time trying to reconnect it to wifi, I cannot in good conscience recommend this, especially if you use it for work like I do. I wish I had purchased a different one. My advice would be keep looking for a different printer - one that doesn't constantly disconnect itself from the wifi and then act like wifi doesn't exist. It can be quite infuriating some days.

The print quality is excellent. I do not like the new type of "after print paper tray" as it does not allow printed paper to lay flat. I loved my old HP 8600 tray.

This printer is amazing! Being able to send a print job from any device while not plugged in is amazing.

This product was easy to install and so far, it is working perfectly. It is SO much better than that hunk of junk Brother printer that I purchased previously!

It's the second HP printer I've purchased. Its working fine.

I get good quality prints, but it struggles to keep a connection. You also have to sign up with H.P. and they keep tabs on your printing. They say they want to save the forest. lol Right. It seems like a good idea at first, but I'm beginning to wonder. They charge a monthly fee based on what you think you will print. If you don't print as much as you think, they don't give you a credit. If you print more, they charge you extra. So you better get it right. If I could afford IBM for my office, I would get it. HP is and always has been my favorite for quality for small business after IBM though. They are more affordable. This does not have a fax on it. The salesman told me it did. By the time I found out, it was to late to exchange it.

After one month of ownership and use I feel that this is a very good and reliable printer. It is easy to set up and to use....very happy with my purchase!

This printer was very easy to set up and connect to my network. It works flawlessly. There are has been no issues and its very quiet.

Great printer, does a great job printing documents, and photos. Copies great,too. Price was fantastic. Easy to use and easy to change ink cartridges.
