    I would give it a 5 star but I have to pay the monthly ink fee for it to even print. I tried to save moneyvand stopped the payment. I couldn't get it to work. I barely use it so I really don't need to pay for monthly ink replacement plan. I still get charged for the replacement cartridges when the ink is mailed. The money I have spent, so far, could have replaced 2 of them. I think it's a rip off being forced to pay the fee just so you know when the ink is running low. If I had known that the printer was not useable without the monthly fee, I would have purchased another printer. I recommend buying something where you don't have to pay a fee.

    I like this printer. It is very easy to use and prints great looking photos. The self-feed and scanning features are also nice to have.

    Pure HP style and looks and priced well. Easy to set up and prints great. Only thing that bothers me but is not really important is when you scan an item the normal placing of your paper on scanner is to the right. This has been changed to having to place it upside down on the left so you print correctly and not chop off anything.

    I am pleased with my purchase of this HP-Envy printer. Once I got everything setup, it has worked liked a charm. Despite warnings from the sales clerk about setup difficulty, I was able to follow the simple and easy setup instructions for wireless printing, automatic ink renewal (by mail), and paper (by mail) as desired. Am able to print documents from my iPad and iPhone seamlessly from just about anywhere in my home or out on the back deck. This printer is worth the slight price increase over other cheaper HP models.

    Our previous printer was an Epson workforce and after decades of hard use it still works , but we bought this new Epson Inspiron to obtain compatability with our Apple computers. Wow, set up was insanely automatic and therefore easy. The optional subscription to have printer based and ink delivered, BASED ON NEED, not time is awesome! Highly recommend this printer and Epson in general!
