The printer arrived at the day and time indicated. Setup was easy. The box was in perfect shape. Highly recommend buying.

Easy to set up and easy to work. Not for heavy duty work but for 5/8 pages to scan at a time it is efficient and quiet. I must commend the sales support team at Beaverton location as being accommodating and knowledgeable about the product. I have been an Instant Ink customer for many years and it is a reliable product and went out of its was to resolve a couple issues to my complete satisfaction. Will Kravitz

My old printer finally died and this one is so much better! I does it all. I use the printer and scan features the most. Would highly recommend this machine.

Had to pay Geek Squad to help me set it up. He was great but cost $80. Then got paper jam week later. Nothing worked to get it out. No way to talk to real person unless you hire zgeel Squad again for another $80. So I returned . Went elsewhere for printer.

Easy setup with computer, phones, tablets, and wifi. Works flawlessly. Runs quietly. Really like having the ink subscription.

Great printer for the price. Perfect for home use. Printing quality great and ink cartridges easy to install. Easy to follow instructions on display let’s you select what you desire to do.

This printer is easy to use and works well. However, the black ink cartridge that came with the printer caused an error and I had to order another one. Also, the FAX option cannot hardwire to your modem. I'm not sure how the FAX works and not sure if there's a cost. You simply can't send a FAX from the printer by pressing a FAX icon.

Love it so far. I had a problem with the ink cartridges (totally my fault) and they took care of me with replacement cartridges.

Initial setup had difficulty recognizing printer. Once wireless and printing functions taken care of, scan function needed software download to computer which did not load on initial setup and took multiple attempts at downloading to completed process. On completed, works very well and physical layout and design (paper tray, output, etc.) very good. Waiting to see how instanct ink otion works out.

The printer was easy to set up and worked well the few times we have used it. I am dissatisfied with the 6 months of ink that we are supposed to get. How do we get it? No one at Best Buy explained how to get it and there is no information with the printer. In fact, I forgot about the free ink and told the salesperson helping us that I wanted extra ink. He went and got it off the shelf and handed it to me. Never did he remind me that we had 6 months of ink included or how to obtain it.

Works great. Easy to set up. Nice quality printing.

This is a great home printer. It's not fast but the print quality is excellent. The sheet feeder works flawlessly.
