    In setting up the printer the HP software asks to enter the password for the router. Unfortunately the window for this didn't work. I wound up entering the password directly on the printer. The customer support from Hewlett Packard was of no help. I placed a call to customer support expecting a call back, which never came.

    Uses way too much ink to print photos. Ink is very expensive, and i saw that when purchasing. What i didn't realize is you can print around 20 photos 4x6 and the color ink is neat empty.

    I bought this machine for my then fiance to use for working from home. She had an older Dell that kept giving her fits and I wanted to stop that headache for her. I researched and picked this one because it was one of 3 that works on 5G at the time. Set up was ridiculous with the HP Smart app, but once it was online... she never complained. She loved it!
