Easy setup, wireless, excellent print quality, and excellent picture prints for a very reasonable price.

This HP Envy is a gem. Prints great and is easy to use once you get past the set up. The opening directions get a -5. When you have to go to three different apps/websites to get everything registered and up, it's too much. Thankfully, after a day of pondering, I was able to get my Envy going with minimal fuss. Now I just have to figure out if I want to stay with the Ink subscription or not. ****caveat**** Everything is spiffy except set up. Any missing stars is the stinking set up. Did I mention the set up?

We have been thoroughly pleased with this HP printer. It was easy to set up and prints with quality results every time. We especially like the feature that the printed pages exit the printer without the need for the storage extension platform on our previous HP printers. Therefore, this printer requires less space in our office. We highly recommend this printer.

I LOATHE this printer. I continually get a message “printer out of paper”, when it really isn’t. Then, after owning it for five months, I was completely unable to print because the print cartridge would not communicate with my computer. After an hour with tech support, they agreed to send me a new cartridge. The second cartridge gave the same error. After ONE AND a HALF HOURS with tech support, he said he would send me another cartridge. This didn't make sense to me - how could I have two cartridges (well, 3 actually) in a row that didn’t work. Of course, it didn't work. Made another call. They finally agreed to replace the printer because it was still in warranty. Setting up the replacement (refurbished) printer required yet one more call to tech support. Another hour of my life. STILL receiving errors of “printer out of paper.” Printing only works after I open and close the paper tray. My printer is about 15 feet away from my computer. Finally, you can’t scan from the computer itself, even though it has a scan button on the control panel, the only way to scan is from the HP app.

This is a great sleek machine. Easy to set up and fun to use. The only thing missing is that it does not fax. The salesman at the store said it does. I believed him. I'm still keeping it for the other features. Great copy and color printing. If you don't care about faxing than this is a great machine.

This printer was smooth and easy installation, and the app connectivity is simple on multiple devices, i was literally shocked with the easy set up and prints compared to my previous Canon printer. Photo prints have its own separate tray and i like that most. I vote for this for home.

This printer I bought to replace my Epson Ecotank, and I do have to say I like the print quality a lot it's very clear. They have Instant Ink program which delivers ink to your home whenever you're running low so internet is a must if utilizing that program. It's extremely quiet which I liked a lot, also it's a cute addition to my office

Been through many printers and this one really does the job. Easy setup, great print quality, scan features easy to use. Great price. Well worth the purchase.

Gotta admit.... I always buy HP printers. This is maybe my 3rd one, never had a problem. This one is absolutely the worst one ever. I purchased to replace a very old one. It asked tons of questions to set up. Did not sync with all of my HP pc's or laptops. Always says it is out of paper...when it is not. I open and close the tray...doesn't matter. Sometimes I have to unplug it to reboot to work. It says it is READY...and then says not available or offline. I have even gone so far as to delete the app and put it back in. Same results. My college age son is begging to go with another brand. Sometimes it sees the printer and not the scanner. I have never had such a nightmare of a machine. Wish I had gone with another brand. Would not recommend this to anyone who needs a reliable printer/scanner combo.

This printer is easy it set-up for wireless and Bluetooth printing (for basic printing use). It’s great for printing from cell phones, as well as personal computers! It prints quickly and without any delays…. It looks good too.

This HP prints and copies all documents clearly and has not given us any problems. Also, the setup was easy using the HP Smart App.
