    A very fine printer with a lot of features, but it is not the printer I wanted to get so it is missing some features. The sales rep told me this model had everything the model I was asking for, but it was 'ON SALE' so it was cheaper.

    So far this is a nice scanner/printer. Only complaint is with the free ink HP puts in the box. Once again the color was garbage, after I opened and installed the purchased color cartridge the printer would print in color.

    Great printer, except, that I have to restart it every time I want to use it, it seems like it will loose its connection after a few hours.

    I bought this printer to print pictures since me other printer a 7520 gave up. I haven't used this one yet, I just hope it's as good as my other one was. That one used 5 cartridges, the new one uses 2.

    I send file to printer, the printer automatically wakes up and prints. I know this seems trivial but my old printer had issues with this. Also, no issues with documents getting stuck in the queue. This is all I was asking for, so this is a huge step up from my old wireless HP multi-purpose printer (~10 years old).

    Not ver durable. Ink cartridges hold very little and when you replace them the chances of turning off the machine is lilely as the door opening and off/on switch are together. Doesnt hold more than 50 sheets of paper at a time. Definatley not a work horse. If you only print or copy something once in a blue moon it will work for you.

    Printer is fine. I downgraded to a simple printer/scanner from a scanner/fax/printer---needs changed. Find that this printer, which uses wifi is not always "connected" but after a few moments (sometimes minutes) it finds the computer and all is well.

    This is the exact but newest model for the one I replaced. I miss my old one honestly. Quality has gone way down. Many more quirks . Next one I’ll rethink and look deeper before I buy

    I had my grand daughter set it up the only problem we had was setting up the instant Ink the automated system only wanted to give us 3 months ink and we should have got 6 after talking to 2 reps they gave us 6 months free ink
