Too much work to set it up.

Printer prints like it should. But I had to download HP Smart to get the scan function to work. Had to call HP for assistance. Then I find out I need a cell phone to FAX? ? My previous HP printer had all the functions included in the machine when I purchased it. Too much work to get it "fully" operational.

This copier works very well once you get it installed and programed to your computer and WIFI. Had to end up calling and having HP get it up and running. Instructions suck.

Ink just comes and goes… I don’t get it. Always wanted a printer, and now I know why I never owned one. So big, takes up space, and is just needy

It’s a little large for the space I have but works well. I’m not sure I save money with the ink plan but it works great.

Works well for a work from home setup. Looks good for a printer. The only downside of this model is that there is no double sided scanning capability for the scanner feed tray.

NO memory card slot, poor ink cartridge management

HP once again leaves off the memory card slot for really no reason other to save on their cost. Yes, some people still have a need for USB file transfers. Also, the HP factory new ink cartridge (provided with the printer) dried up within a few months before it was empty. 3 stars because I would not re-buy this model, or recommend.

I regret that I purchased this printer. My mistake that it does not fax; I assumed that faxing was included in the designation, "All-In-One".It took several tries to get the printer"to print". I then have repeated episodes of the paper jamming. My last complaint is that black ink , "60 days of included with printer purchase"has leaked out in 30 days; visible area of leaked ink in the printer.

      Hi there.

I’m so sorry to learn that you’ve had such a dreadful time with your printer. The regret you express comes as no surprise, considering you’ve dealt with unreliable printing, paper jams and a leaking ink cartridge. I want to help you resolve this situation, so I’ll direct you to a resource and provide some information designed to make that happen.

I recommend that you contact us directly so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number:
      - hp.com/plus-help

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:

I gave it a 2 because I miss the card reader!!! That saved alot of time with my camera! Keep getting error that printer can't be found!!! On our tablets and sometimes our phone. Not all the time. Customer service was not very good! When it does print, it prints very good pictures!

This is a great 3 in 1 printer. Ink cartridges are less expensive than my previous HP printer. But the size of the printer is huge. Would have preferred smaller size for desk.
