Crappy Printer

Completely stopped working after just 2 months. I probably printed less than 150 sheets. It constantly gave 'out of paper' error with a full tray of paper. It never did print on envelopes. Warning: Avoid purchasing this printer!!

Called Total tech, took 2 hours to try to setup printer (first time set-up)….they were unable to set it up. I contacted HP, after another hour and a half it was finally set up, works fine now, but horrible set-up problems. Hopefully the code will be fixed soon for future customers.

Had an hp printer before because I like to printout photos and had nothing but trouble with it even with Geek Squad who had to send me to hp tech....returned it before I even tried it...no more hps for me. Bought a Canon instead.

Don’t waste your money!

Cheap piece of junk that I will be throwing away to purchase an upgrade! Document feeder does not work…sat there showing starting copies for over 30 minutes so I just canceled. Ran out of paper and the paper tray fell apart when trying to put it back in.

My only issue is that the ink does not last very long. It's not too expensive, but it just doesn't last as long as the Canon that I had to upgrade.
