Works well- easy set up- Easy ink installation - nice all in one printer

The HP-ENVY has been a great replacement for our older Epson printer. It is smaller and quickly fit into a space we had the older model in. The color and speed it offers fits into our typical monthly usage and we joined the ink plan to spend less time hunting down cartridges when we needed replacements.

This machine does everything that is says that it will, and does it faster than advertised. it looks nice in our home office and the wireless feature and teh automatic ink supply are great also.

Excellent printer for the price. Extremely quiet and set up was a breeze.

Printer looks very nice, more compact than my last one. However had a lot of problems setting it up. Called Geek Squad twice and they couldn't get it to work with my PC ( I have an HP Envy 700) Finally they told me to call HP for support. Called HP and it took almost half a day to get it working. The tech had to reset the factory settings. A few days later I started having problems with the printer, kept saying it was offline. I tried to get it online but was unable to, so I called HP again. The tech again, had to reset the factory settings and do something else to the printer to get it to work. Haven't any more problems with so far.

Assumed it was a fax , also . My fault . I find it harder to use than the other HP machines . Still can’t get it to do double side copies . Print quality is great , Easy install . I love my HP ……all in one machines . This is just a copier that I find I will put in my other office as a spare and I’m going to go buy another HP ……All In One .

Very easy to step up and the print quality is good.

Nice printer with a paper feed for printing documents. So far it is working very well. A little noisy. Set up was average. Must follow directions carefully. I had to call Geek Squad to finish my set up, but they knew exactly what to do.

This is a very good looking unit (like an egg shell white with light tan accents) compared to the many standard black units I have purchased over the years. My last HP was ENVY 7640, and it finally, after around 7 years, started to act up and would not print off of the web, or say it had a problem printing but would print a half hour later, etc. This is a 2021 model, and set up was very easy using the HP smart App on your phone. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS STEP BY STEP, or your unit will not set up properly. Don't be a "typical" guy and just set it up like you did on older units. You will be in for a little surprise if you do that. This unit prints fast, and you can do all of these things on your phone or on the screen on the printer itself. The app also registers the unit for you and sets you up for the "instant ink" program which I highly say you should do. Hope I have this machine for a long time. The only gripe I have (albeit minimal) is that the older unit had a tray pop out automatically to catch the copies when the printing started, and on this unit you have to pull out the tray manually, and this little spring loaded piece pops up to catch your copies.

The set up and online registration was very easy and user friendly. The printer has handled many tasks efficiently, and has had superb printing quality for documents and photos alike, as well as, the scanning/copy ability.

Very simple to set up and operate. Prints clearly in both black & white and color with no smearing or bleed-through even when using the automatic front & back print option. Also, the lighter color looks great on my home desk as compared to the all black printer it replaced. Totally happy with this purchase!

The setup was easy once I realized I had initiate the InstaInk to get the printer to work with (you guessed it) InstaInk. The printer and scanning features work well. I was able to print some photo quality pictures for mounting. The printer is a little fussy about the paper loading, but restarting the printer clears the issues.

Was easy to set up & works ok. Had help to get it to check out & help to get in my car. Very friendly & answered questions.

Quiet mode is quiet! Performs as advertised. A great buy!

It's easy for Boomers like me to set up and manage. Cartridge replacements are simple. The system is highly interactive and produces good printing.
