    Nothing but problems. HP helped install. Couldn't print then another couldn't scan. New color cartridge after <100 pages, installed new HP supplied cartridge and printed test page. Then got an email saying store bought cartridge installed. Expect at least 30 minutes before you get an HP tech then be very lucky if you can understand them. Trying to return.

    When we bought this printer we though we purchase the top of the only to find out they keep senting ink for people who use it all time we dont use that much ink in over a 1 yr I called Best Buy about the because ink people shut are printer down, we cant print nothing

    The answer to every issue is "buy new ink cartridges". This printer rarely printed well. After having it for only a year and a half, I dumped it at our county's electronic recycling pickup and bought an ink tank type all-in-one -- a different brand.
