First of all I'm really liking the overall design language of the HP printers out now. HP isn't alone in this as other manufacturers have begin to update their stale designs as well. Being able to connect your printer to a phone or tablet is a must and this printer succeeds for the most part. There are still a few apps in the app store that are aging and you must wade through to find the intended app but once you do its smooth sailing. The printer always instantly connects with my Surface Duo and the print results are terrific. The colors are very rich and could almost be mistaken for laser. The speed of the print depends on what you're printing but I've found that the unit does a full color photo in 10 to 30 seconds and black and white in about 5 seconds. Fast enough for sure!

Easy to set up works fantastic. I’ve had other HP printers in the past and I’m very satisfied with this one especially for the price. Printing quality is excellent.

Stop working properly after 6 months. Don't buy this printer.

Easy setup. Prints B/W and color well. A little noisy even in "Quiet" mode but not excessively so. Good value.

So far so good. The pictures are better than I thought and the copies look great. The scanning could be more user friendly but it works.

Setup was a little different using the app. Touchscreen display looks good and makes it very east to navigate. Being able to print from my phone or tablet is very convenient. Prints quickly and the quality is great for both black&white and color. Scans are pretty easy and looks good. For the last couple of years I've been using my printers for scanning more than printing. The only con is the print cartridges are tiny. once the 6 months of instant ink runs out I will find out if they have the XL cartridges for this. Overall, this printer is perfect for working from home and personal use.

Great product and price for this printer. Perfect for home/family use and works great with other apps. Also looks nice with the sandstone colored top.

So far so good, have been able to print and copy no problems, Very easy to setup , nice that it has a paper tray instead of paper loading from the back and jamming. This is similar to my past 5660 all in one. Loved that one.

The HP Envy Inspire 7955e wireless All-In-One Printer has all the capabilities needed for the home office, or college dorm. Its nice that this printer has a separate tray for photo paper. The set up is easily completed with the HP Smart app. This printer comes with 6 months of free ink when you sign up for the HP+ plan. The print speed for both color and black and white is quick. This printer is a step above and well worth the investment. I would recommend the Inspire 7955e to family and friends.

After checking out an 10 plus year old printer, your rep and I searched out a replacement. I was able to purchase the new HP printer, and he picked it up at the store ( 1 mile from my condo) and return and set it up for me. I love the printer and it is so much easier to use. The fact that it was brought to my condo, set up, and all explained to me made the entire process effortless! You can't beat that kind of service anywhere. The printer is really so easy to use and cost of ink is a 3rd lower than what it cost to operate the old model. Love dealing with Best Buy!

I don’t have a lot of printing jobs, but the printing I have done so has been good. A beginner can use it.

I've owned several HP printers throughout the years. Some were better than others. The HP - ENVY Inspire 7955e Wireless printer is a cut above previous HP printers that I have owned. Setup was easy after I downloaded the HP App. I was connected to my WiFi network within minutes. This is a better value than the entry level printers as it has more features and functions. I believe it is worth the extra money to upgrade to this level of a printer.

This printer is almost an All-in-One minus the fax machine but its a pretty decent printer overall. I have a color laser printer and it needed ink and after realizing the staggering cost of replacing four laser cartridges, I decided it would be more cost effective to get a new printer for now. Coming from a laser printer, this one is noticeably slower, but it does the job. I had some difficulty setting this up on my windows desktop and I still havent been able to connect to my work laptop at all, but that could be due to security settings on my device. I initially tried setting this up through the HP Smart app and it wouldnt work. I eventually just went into the settings menu to add a printer and I was up and running in minimal time. Not sure if this was a problem with the operating system or the device, so I wont say anything negative about the printer in that regard. Once I set it up, I was prompted to sign up or add the device to my existing HP Smart account and in exchange I will receive 6 months of ink at no charge and a maximum of 700 pages per month. The HP Instant Ink program is a definite bonus as well. When connected to the internet, my ink levels are reported and i am automatically shipped the ink. The cost is much less than what i would pay in the stores and I dont have to run out and get it which is definitely a bonus. Im sure im not the only person who needed to print a lot of pages only to find out you had no ink. The app is very intuitive. I can print, scan, fax and copy using just my mobile device. I can also check my ink levels on all of my printers. So far this printer checks most of the boxes i need for use at home while teleworking or creating documents for my kids.
