Probably the best HP printer I've used. I've had several HP printers even in the ENVY line that have been glorified paper weights. This printer does what it needs to. Sometimes I have trouble connecting to it and HP's software is hit or miss but overall I've had a good run with this one so far + HP Instant Ink.

I'm glad I decided to ignore the negative reviews. This was super easy to set up. I'm able to print from all my devices without issue. Great print quality.

Great printer for home. Only drawback is Pictures printed on plain paper are clearer than on photo paper. Quiet operation. Prints quickly.

Easy set up, prints well, decent pictures. Plastic is flimsy. Best part is the instant ink option.

Initial setup had difficulty recognizing printer. Once wireless and printing functions taken care of, scan function needed software download to computer which did not load on initial setup and took multiple attempts at downloading to completed process. On completed, works very well and physical layout and design (paper tray, output, etc.) very good. Waiting to see how instanct ink otion works out.

Excellent machine very quiet works well on response. Prince had a very good speed is 35 pages which is great and it works right into my office.

The printer was easy to set up and worked well the few times we have used it. I am dissatisfied with the 6 months of ink that we are supposed to get. How do we get it? No one at Best Buy explained how to get it and there is no information with the printer. In fact, I forgot about the free ink and told the salesperson helping us that I wanted extra ink. He went and got it off the shelf and handed it to me. Never did he remind me that we had 6 months of ink included or how to obtain it.

This machine is much better than any We have had before, very easy to set up , we were up and running with in a few minutes.

I love my new printer. It does photos beautifully & straight copies are perfect. It’s easy to use & works well with my iPhone & iPad.

This printer was very easy to set up and connect to my network. It works flawlessly. There are has been no issues and its very quiet.

I get good quality prints, but it struggles to keep a connection. You also have to sign up with H.P. and they keep tabs on your printing. They say they want to save the forest. lol Right. It seems like a good idea at first, but I'm beginning to wonder. They charge a monthly fee based on what you think you will print. If you don't print as much as you think, they don't give you a credit. If you print more, they charge you extra. So you better get it right. If I could afford IBM for my office, I would get it. HP is and always has been my favorite for quality for small business after IBM though. They are more affordable. This does not have a fax on it. The salesman told me it did. By the time I found out, it was to late to exchange it.

I am very happy with the quality of the print in my new HP-ENVY. The one we originally purchased had apparently gotten damaged in shipping. We are impressed with the staff of Best Buy who immediately replaced the damaged printer and brought out a replacement. I am now again a satisfied customer and advocate of HP products as they have been my choice of equipment for years. HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY. Now on to my writing and book printing with satisfaction!

I'm very pleased with this printer. It does everything I need. Great for residential use. Set up was easy, even for some one who is technologically challenged, like me.

This HP all-in-one photo printer has excellent quality! Very easy to set-up and operate, no issues. Bright clear pictures and easy paper loading features are extremely useful for my home based business. A great purchase!
