absolutely LOVE!!!! works great, the scanner is amazing, and the colors are vibrant

This printer does minimal work and as usual with HP printers, they're reliable but the print quality is not the best when compared to its competitors. The printing is fine, just not bold. The reason for my four stars is because every time you want to scan, you have to open the app on your computer--its an extra unnecessary step. The scanner doesn't work properly most of the time as it doesn't catch the sheets & you have to try various times. The last issue is that paper gets jammed more often than I would like. If you're doing minimal printing its okay, but there's something better with competitors.

Great printer, easy to use, works great with my iPad.

I bought my first printer in 1998, it’s a HP LaserJet and it’s still working. I purchased a new all in one Laser Jet a month ago and now I purchased a new HP Envy photo color printer. I have used a variety of name brand printers throughout the years and HP printers never gave me any problems.

I'm very much pleased with the purchase of my HP Envy inspire printer, It exceeded my expectations of what the printer is capable of doing, I would recommend anyone looking for a printer to check out Best Buy first.

We love this printer… so much we bought the identical model that we had that broke (we think the problem with the old one is a software update which we had to have because of the Instant Ink contract - the printer was only 1.5 years old, just past the 1 year warranty).

I love this printer - when it works. By that I mean, it is constantly forgetting wifi/disconnecting from wifi. If it didn't do that just about every othe day, I wouldn't have any complaints, but because it does, and adds anywhere from 20 minutes to a few hours of time trying to reconnect it to wifi, I cannot in good conscience recommend this, especially if you use it for work like I do. I wish I had purchased a different one. My advice would be keep looking for a different printer - one that doesn't constantly disconnect itself from the wifi and then act like wifi doesn't exist. It can be quite infuriating some days.

Works better than prior printer. Best in that price range.

The review of this pinter is very good no complaints. Can't say the same for HP Support they are ripoff specialists they try their best to get you to purchase unnecessary software to make printer better. This is not needed Geek Squad took care of my installation.

Loving this printer. It was easy to connect to network and my devices (I have Apple devices). Have not used the HP app yet, but everything I’ve printed, scanned or copied has worked well.

HP Envy Inspire 7955e Wireless All-in-one printer was very easy to setup. I had a minor glitch with the instant ink but I had a tech who knew what to do and this issue was resolved quickly. I definitely recommend this printer, printing from my phone is very quick with no issues.
