After 5 cannon printers in 3 years (2 of which were different models) I said “it’s the company”. Bought this although crazy expensive. Worth every penny. Instantly turns on and instantly connects to my router.. stay away from cannon. My father too had issues with cannon and switched to go. His issues miraculously disappeared also.

I traded the ink and then it kept saying there was a paper jam. Nope there is a twisted piece of white seems like plastic inside . I am 79. Threw the box out and am here with a no working printer. The number on the outside of the printer is different than the one inside the printer. I have the ongoing printer ink but no printer that works!
