    I thought it set up rather quickly, but then about a week later it suddenly stopped printing. I couldn’t get my computer to recognize the printer. I unhooked everything and started over…it took the set up again easily. I have not had any trouble with it since then. I have had to initiate allowing some pop-ups that I never had to initiate on my former HP printer.

    It's a great upgrade from what I had, but the only draw back is the turnaround print speed of the printer. Referring to the dry out time taken to complete the print.

    I told myself I would NEVER purchase another HP after my old 6978 died, as the replacement was junk. They're just poor printer systems. There are no simple drivers on the website, that allow a full-package install, for customizing printing and scanning preferences. Just the idiot SmartScan app which is plain junk. You many scan only 1 page at a time, instead of the entire file. Which is beyond time consuming and irritating. I returned.

    So far so good! I love my new printer. I would love it even more if it had the same options as previous printer for form printer app on the printer. But i can still print the form i need from the application on phone, just would like to easily print it from touchscreen on printer. Other than that no complaints since fairly new.

    I replaced an older All-in-One unit with this one and have found it to be as serviceable as my previous one and its performance is as good or better than that one was. It has two sided printing which I really like but would like to have two sided scanning on it as well but overall, I am very satisfied with this product.
