    I was told it would do two sided scanning, and it will, with some intervention. A bit disappointing, but output is excellent, both color & b/w, Very good value for the investment - really like the bluetooth, my wife can print to this from her network too! Thanks!

    The top load only takes about 10-15 pages at at time so if you have a big amount to scan for copies or to scan to your computer you will have to do in batches. Great that it scans directly to computer

    In setting up the printer the HP software asks to enter the password for the router. Unfortunately the window for this didn't work. I wound up entering the password directly on the printer. The customer support from Hewlett Packard was of no help. I placed a call to customer support expecting a call back, which never came.

    The printer is definitely not laser printer fast. But i didn’t need that and only print occasionally documents that were only 4-5 pages. Get the drivers serm more complicated than it should. You must strictly follow onscreen prompts regardless of what you may have done previously.

    I purchased this printer about 7 months ago. It has been a great addition to my office. The 2-sided printing has decreased my paper usage and by easily adding it to my network, it makes printing from anywhere in the house very convenient!

    Nice printer....however, the document feeder must be selected from the app. The printer recognizes there's a document in the feeder but won't feed it (only uses the glass table); must use the app. Also, when saving the scan, get scanned documents with a zero (0) file size. HP needs to do a little work on this.
