    This is an excellent quality printer, as are all HPs in my opinion, but unless you are running a very active small business it's too much firepower for the cost. It's heavy and the ink is expensive.

    I like the printer since you can scan and print. My only issue is that it does not have any usb ports to put your memory cards in so that you can copy the pictures to the PC. The only issue I had was I had to connect the printer to my phone before I could connect it to the PC.

    I bought this printer to print pictures since me other printer a 7520 gave up. I haven't used this one yet, I just hope it's as good as my other one was. That one used 5 cartridges, the new one uses 2.

    Instructions are a little sketchy. You are on your own . Best Buy Geeks can help but why do you need to physically take it in to them to get fixed. HP should be sharper than this
