I send file to printer, the printer automatically wakes up and prints. I know this seems trivial but my old printer had issues with this. Also, no issues with documents getting stuck in the queue. This is all I was asking for, so this is a huge step up from my old wireless HP multi-purpose printer (~10 years old).

So far this is a nice scanner/printer. Only complaint is with the free ink HP puts in the box. Once again the color was garbage, after I opened and installed the purchased color cartridge the printer would print in color.

HP Ink requires the printer to be on all the time and connected to the internet. Although I adhere to these requirements, the HP software frequently says the printer is off line. Nothing I do fixes the problem. This means I don't get security updates. I also feel like I'm cheating when I print because the pages printed may not go toward my quota.

A very fine printer with a lot of features, but it is not the printer I wanted to get so it is missing some features. The sales rep told me this model had everything the model I was asking for, but it was 'ON SALE' so it was cheaper.

I had my grand daughter set it up the only problem we had was setting up the instant Ink the automated system only wanted to give us 3 months ink and we should have got 6 after talking to 2 reps they gave us 6 months free ink

I've enjoyed this printer. It's efficient for my needs.

easy set up easy to blue tooth to computer phones and lap top works great a little slow but we dont use the printer every day

Not ver durable. Ink cartridges hold very little and when you replace them the chances of turning off the machine is lilely as the door opening and off/on switch are together. Doesnt hold more than 50 sheets of paper at a time. Definatley not a work horse. If you only print or copy something once in a blue moon it will work for you.

Printer is fine. I downgraded to a simple printer/scanner from a scanner/fax/printer---needs changed. Find that this printer, which uses wifi is not always "connected" but after a few moments (sometimes minutes) it finds the computer and all is well.

I picked this printer as an upgrade to the entry level printer. More like the one I have now, and has a few features that I like to use ( although infrequently).

It is great. The geek squad was a big help finding out what was the problem.

I like it. Is just what I needed & I expected. This is my fourth HP printer, & I love them. However, this one has some issues. It will not print on both sides, & will not sort my pages last to first. According to the manual, it's supposed to do both. It's still under warranty, & it looks like I'll be taking it in for repair.
