Printer is fine picked this up to replace an HP that was making hard grinding sound from day 1 and didn’t realize it didn’t have a fax option. Most multipurpose machines have a fax option included.

My printer is good. I don't like that it doesn't have an output tray for printed docs. If I don't catch them, they fall on the floor.

It has good features. Like the top feeder & capacity. However the printer does not print well, the black & colors always looks faded or unreadable or often theres glitchy lines on the entire page even though the ink cartridges is new & full. Did clean printer & diagnostics & print test page & reinstalled ink cartridges & the printer still does not print solid colors it always looks like faded black & faded colors. Envelopes also printed with lines going through it & the black print looked faded. A Consumer shouldn’t have to go through all the hassles & troubleshooting & irritation just to print something. Looked online searching for answers for hours & for days. No luck. This printer used to print well but not any more. This is a terrible printer. Waste of money.

We called and got assistance from a young lady who has since we first spoke with her about the set up of the printer, has called and followed up to make sure all was still working with the first call.

I really love my printer, it prints front and back side, it copies, it also scans but I have not used that feature it. I am still trying to figure out how I can print photos.

Regular online updates and monthly fee covers the ink. Print from another location using internet connection. Set-up required calling in. Overall great printer.

I really like the HP Printer. It has many great features that I need while working.

Nice printer. Works well so far. We do wish it the specs would have been clearer in specifying that it does not have a USB port to print from a flash drive.

I absolutely love my new printer!! I bought the HP ENVY Inspire 7900 All-in-one and it works great for everything I need in a printer. I am trying to scan old pictures and this printer works so well doing just that. I highly recommend this printer.

This was the hardest printer I have ever set up. The instructions were not complete. Whatever happened to an owners manual? I don’t even know if my product is registered for it’s warranty.

GREAT PRINTER with many feature. i had some challenges setting it up on my computer but got it to work with instruction for an app.

Found printing certain coupons was a problem, would say printing but did not. Outside of this no other problems. Like how the wireless setup goes so simply.

So far I really like it. I purchased because my old HP printer stopped working. Holding my breath for that to happen again with this one but hoping I’m wrong.

This was amazingly easy to install and I really appreciate the drop-down menu that allows me to determine, at printing, what settings I want to use. The cartridges are ridiculously expensive but that seems to be the way HP makes its money. I declined the Instant Ink offer because the previous time I agreed to it, HP wanted to send me replacement cartridges before the ones I was using had become empty so I was wasting money. I haven't tried the scanner yet so reserved judgment on this feature.

I was disappointed when the first “new” printer I bought had already been opened and was broken. I had to return it to get another one. Because I am handicapped this was very inconvenient.

I like this printer. The only thing I don’t like is where you have to pull out for the paper because my last HP automatically come out and that was more handy.

Very pleased with the quality of this printer. It is fast, holds enough paper for my needs, easy to operate and durable.

I was treated very well by your employee and he answered all question I asked. The printer I purchased is doing the job that I wanted. Thank you! However, installing the printer on my computer was not as easy as HP said.
