No matter how many times I cleaned the cartridges or or adjust the alignment and whatever else it said to do to get the ink to print, nothing worked. I ended up wasting paper doing this.

As an extra bonus I subscribed to the ink program for a monthly fee. I received my first ink just in time and my initial purchase of ink had just ran out

My mistake that it does not fax; I assumed that faxing was included in the designation, "All-In-One".It took several tries to get the printer"to print". I then have repeated episodes of the paper jamming. My last complaint is that black ink , "60 days of included with printer purchase"has leaked out in 30 days; visible area of leaked ink in the printer.
