This is a really good printer. My only complaint is I had to purchase ink less than 2 weeks after getting it.

One of the cartridges was dry. I took it back to the store on the recommendation of the tech and I had to buy another one they wouldn’t give me one.

Love it, so easy to setup and works GREAT, I even got free ink for six month just for purchasing product, you would be let down, I love the wireless printing from all my device.

Great printer that installed itself. It has been an excellent printer and installations have always been an issue in my home. This was so easy I couldn’t believe it.

Printer works great, it was a little difficult to setup at first but otherwise it’s pretty good.

Once figured out it is a nice printer. Thank heavens for online videos. So much help since no manual to help new users.

I really like this product. Most of all I like the care and service I get it Best Buy. Whenever I think of appliances or electronics I think of Best Buy. Thank you for being who you are

8 I can no longer get it to copy 8 1/2 x 11 material. I can not get it out of 5 x 7 photo mode.

I love it does more then I thought it did. I love that it tells you have to wait for the ink to dry before flipping it over.

Like the new printer. Had some issues getting it installed by geeksquad and the free ink for 6 months has been a problem that is still an issue.

Worst HP printer I have ever purchased. Its is constantly saying it has a paper jam when it does not. The paper tray is a huge issue. It finally broke after a year. It kept getting jammed and saying the photo tray was not positioned properly. Only half the time did I have no problems with it.

I LOVE this printer. Not only is the design sleek but there are so many features once you download the App. I highly recommend if you are looking for a printer. It is simply amazing

Nice printer but a bit noisy. If you are looking for a super fast printer, this is not the one. Good every day use printer.

I found this product to be high quality. Worth your time and money.

I am very disappointed and sorry I brought this printer. I intend to replace it with a better one ASAP. The ink ran out in less than a month, and the paper drawer is so small I needed to add paper frequently. It does not satisfy my needs.

Pretty good product for a home office or private printer, copier/scanner.

Unable to make adjustments to page printing wants to cont. print 2 sided pages Continuously claiming out paper when paper is in the tray was told by HP rep , that this would cover everything my old printer would and it does cover a fraction of what i had before !

Im really enjoying my new printer, which is better than the last one I had bought. This was the best choice I ever made.

Best Buy has Awesome customer service the was extremely valuable

This printer was something else to own. I had it just over a year and began having issues with the ink cartridges "not communicating" with the printer....now it's a little ironic that I did not have the ink subscription that they want you to buy during the set up process and it just ironically started having "ink" issues right after the 1 year warranty expires....this is part of their marketing scams to get you to buy into their subscriptions. So...what did I do? I went to "Wal-Mart" and bought the cheapest functioning printer I could find for 69.00, it was a Canon and funny thing, it prints color, the ink is cheap and I have ZERO issues with it. It literally prints when I ask it to print, doesn't ask me to subscribe to a thing and does what I paid it to do...which is PRINT. Thanks to Canon I am able to print without being bothered about buying paper and ink subscriptions and it was a quarter of the price of this printer.
